Sarfaraz Ahmed Appointed As The Team Director of Quetta Gladiators

KARACHI: Quetta Gladiators’ owner, Nadeem Omar, has appointed Pakistan’s Champions Trophy-winning captain, Sarfaraz Ahmed, as the Team Director of the franchise.

Sarfaraz, who captained the Gladiators to their maiden Pakistan Super League (PSL) title in 2019, has been a pivotal figure for the team since the league’s inception.

“I am pleased to announce Sarfaraz as the Team Director of Quetta Gladiators,” Nadeem Omar stated during the signing ceremony of Stile as the franchise’s official sponsor.
“Sarfaraz led QG exceptionally well as captain, and I am confident he will bring the same leadership qualities to his new role. With Moin Khan as Head Coach and Sarfaraz as Team Director, I believe this combination will yield great results for us.”

Quetta Gladiators’ co-owner, Hasan Omar, emphasized that Sarfaraz’s inclusion in the management marks a major milestone for the franchise.
