Wahab Riaz Retires From International Cricket

Fast bowler Wahab Riaz, who announced his retirement from international cricket, says that he was focused on the 2023 World Cup, but there is no place for him in the team.
While giving a press conference in Lahore, Wahab Riaz said that I started playing cricket in 2000, I had many dreams in life and one dream was to play for Pakistan.
Wahab Riaz said that I still want to play for Pakistan, but the reality is that it is not difficult, it is impossible, I don’t get a place now, Pakistan has good fast bowlers.
The fast bowler also said that there are Shaheen Afridi and other good bowlers in the team, now there is no place for me and the fact is that I will not be able to play now, there is no emotional decision, I believe in the truth, that is the truth. Now that I can’t play, it should be a trend that players have a farewell match policy, I have no regrets, I always tried to give 100 percent.
He said that I was focused on the 2023 World Cup, I am thankful to family and PCB, now God bless playing international cricket, it is time to say thank you, thank you Pakistan Cricket Board, I will play leagues. I will not leave cricket.
During the press conference, Wahab Riaz mentioned his father and family.
Wahab Riaz said in the press conference that 2011 World Cup changed my life, thanks to Waqar Younis, Aqib Javed, Mohammad Akram who worked with me a lot, Mohammad Akram supported me a lot.
The national cricketer said that the spell against Shane Watson will be memorable, it was my best spell, he wanted to win the world cup but it was not possible, politics will be with him in this era, something for children in coaching. I would like to, there is a communication gap between the PCB and the players, I have not heard anything about it.
