Coaching Penal Finalized For Pakistan Team

Matters have been settled for the coaching staff of the Pakistan Cricket Team, the details of which will be announced by the board soon.

According to the sources, Mickey Arthur will lead the coaching staff, he has previously held the duties of the head coach, during his tenure Pakistan won the Champions Trophy, Mickey Arthur will also continue to work with Derbyshire.

Sources say that the coaching staff of the Pakistan team will be finalized this week. In this regard, matters have been almost settled for the coaching staff of the Pakistan Cricket Board. The new coaching staff will take charge for the series against New Zealand.

Apart from Mickey Arthur, Grant Bradburn will be given important responsibilities in the coaching staff, he may be made the head coach, while South African fast bowler Morne Morkel is likely to be appointed as the bowling and South African batting coach Andrew Puttick. Morne Morkel has the experience of 86 Tests, 117 ODIs and 44 T20I matches, while Andrew Puttick has played one ODI match.

New Zealand’s Grant Bradburn has been Pakistan’s fielding coach and Head of High Performance Coaching at NHPC in the past, right arm off-break Grant Bradburn has played 7 Tests and 11 ODIs.

On the other hand, Cliff Deacon and Drykes Simon will continue to serve as Physio and strength and conditioning coach.

It should be noted that the series between Pakistan and New Zealand is starting from April 14.
